高截留性能复合纳滤中空纤维膜的制备与表征王薇1,2,邵冉冉1,2(1.天津工业大学省部共建分离膜与膜过程国家重点实验室/分离膜科学与技术国家级国际合作研究中心,天津300387;2.天津工业大学材料科学与工程学院,天津300387)PreparationandcharacterizationofhighperformancecompositenanofiltrationhollowfibermembraneWANGWei1,2,SHAORan-ran1,2(1.StateKeyLaboratoryofSeparationMembranesandMembraneProcesses/NationalCenterforInternationalJointResearchonMembraneScienceandTechnology,TianjinPolytechnicUniversity,Tianjin300387,China;2.SchoolofMaterialsScienceandEngineering,TianjinPolytechnicUniversity,Tianjin300387,China)Abstract:Inordertoincreasetherejectionrateofthenanofiltrationhollowfibermembrane,thehighperformancecompositenanofiltrationhollowfibermembranewasstudiedbycombiningtheuniqueseperationeffectofthenanofiltrationmembraneandtheadvantagesofhollowfiberbasedonthepolysulfonehollowfiberultrafiltrationsupportmembranethroughthecomplementaryadvantagesofsynergisticeffect.Thefeasibilityofthepolysystemofpiperazineamidewasstudiedandtheoptimalcoatingmethodofthesystemwasexplored.Toinvestigatetherejectionrateofthehomemadenanofiltrationmembranes,differentvalencestateofsaltsolutionsandsugarinterceptperformancewerestudied.Theresultshowedthattherejectionrateofdivalentsaltwasupto98.02%andthewaterfluxwas79.2L/(m2·h)whiletheconcentrationofaqueoussolutionconcentrationwas2.0%andtheconcentrationoforganicphasesolutionwas2g/L.Theeffectofthetimeandvelocityofblowingthecirculationrateandheattreatmentoftheaqueoussolutionwasnotgreatduringthepreparationprocess.Keywords:hollowfiber;nanofiltrationmembrane;polysulfone;saltsolution;rejectionrate摘要:为了提高膜的截留性能,将纳滤膜的独特分离效果和中空纤维的优点相结合,以中空纤维聚砜超滤膜为基膜,通过优势互补的协同效应制备高截留性能的中空纤维纳滤复合膜.探究聚哌嗪酰胺体系的可行性,并探索该体系的最佳涂覆方式;为了表征自制纳滤膜,测试其截留性能,还做了一些关于纳滤膜对不同价态的盐溶液和糖类的截留性能的研究.结果显示:涂覆中空纤维超滤膜的水相和有机相溶液浓度直接影响纳滤膜的截留性能,当水相溶液浓度为2.0%、有机相溶液浓度为2g/L时效果最好,制得的纳滤膜的截留性能最好,对二价盐的截留率可高达98.02%;水通量能达到79.2L/(m2·h)制备过程中吹扫时间、流速,水相溶液循环速率及热处理等条件对膜的影响不是很大.关键词:中空纤维;纳滤膜;聚砜;盐溶液;截留率中图分类号:TS102.528.1;TS102.54文献标志码:A文章编号:1671-024X(2018)02-0007-07收稿日期:2017-10-18基金项目:国家重点研发计划资助项目(2016YFC0400509)通信作者:王薇(1971—),女,博士后,副教授,主要研究
