23-磷酸铵镁法循环处理高浓度氨氮废水磷酸铵镁法循环处理高浓度氨氮废水3赵婷周康根姜科(中南大学冶金科学与工程学院长沙410083)摘要提出了磷酸铵镁(MAP)法循环处理氨氮废水的新方法。在对MAP的热分解进行特性分析的基础上,利用MAP在100℃左右温度下直接进行热解2h的产物来处理高浓度氨氮废水。研究表明,对于NH4+质量浓度为900mg/L的废水,虽然随着循环进行氨氮去除率逐渐减少,但第5次循环后氨氮去除率仍然高于70%。此方法的特点是磷酸铵镁(MAP)热分解时,可回收高浓度氨水而不再需要投加大量的镁盐和磷盐,实现氨氮的回收和MAP的循环使用。关键词磷酸铵镁氨氮循环RecycleTreatmentforWastewaterWithHighConcentrationofAmmonium-nitrogenbyMAPZHAOTingZHOUKang-genJIANGKe(SchoolofMetallurgicalScienceandEngineering,CentralSouthUniversityChangsha410083)AbstractMAPmethodisproposedtodisposetheammonium-nitrogencontainingwastewater.Basedonsomeanalysisthedecompositionofthemagnesiumammoniumphosphate(MAP),theresiduesofmagnesiumammoniumphosphatedecomposedbyheatingunder100℃in2harerepeatedlyusedasthesourcesofphosphateandmagnesiumfortheremovalofhighammoniumconcentrationfromwastewater.Itshows:towastewaterwithinitialconcentrationofNH4+900mg/L,theammoniumremovaldecreasesgraduallyfollowingtheincreaseofMAP,butinthe5thcycle,ammoniumremovalrateisstillover70%.Theadvantagesofthismethodisthat
